Christophe Hovette

Christophe Hovette is a passionate lifelong learner with a curious, creative, and growth-oriented mindset. His career spans Recruitment, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Digital Design. He currently serves as Head of Delivery at Think & Grow, where he leads executive searches for high-growth companies and senior-level talent across technology, product, and operations.

Previously, Christophe was the first Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mable, joining during a period of over 700% growth. He played a pivotal role in scaling the team by successfully hiring over 130 professionals, with a focus on Engineering, Data, and Product roles. His work supported Mable’s mission to revolutionise aged care and disability support through accessible community engagement.

Prior to that, he worked with MitchelLake, conducting global talent searches primarily at the C-level for both startups and large organisations driving innovation. Earlier in his career, at PageUp, he managed APAC recruitment across Southeast Asia and Australia, hiring sales and engineering leadership while reporting directly to the CEO and Global CHRO.

Outside of his core work, Christophe has pursued skills in digital design, explored artificial intelligence, and deepened his expertise in programming and product design. He also earned a spot in the finals of the Stanford Technology Entrepreneurship Program pitch competition, reflecting his passion for continuous learning and innovation.
