Hi, I’m Joe — I help ambitious tech companies grow by connecting them with the right people at the right time. At Think & Grow, I work closely with founders and scaling teams to solve one of their biggest challenges: building high-performing teams that can take them to the next stage.

My journey started back in Ireland, where I studied Business at UCD and kicked off my career in sales. Over the years, I’ve worked across Dublin and now Sydney — from leading sales teams at Indeed to recruiting top tech talent at SustainRecruit. Along the way, I’ve developed a genuine passion for understanding what makes businesses thrive — and it always comes back to people.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me chatting ideas over coffee, exploring the coast, or following the latest in tech and growth. I’m always up for a conversation — especially if it’s about building something meaningful.
