With over 5 years of experience in start-up operations and management consulting, I excel in driving organisational excellence across strategy, operations, and leadership. Currently, as Chief of Staff at Think & Grow, I support business growth through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational improvements.
Previously, I led operations at Canopus, a Sydney-based Series A start-up, as an early leadership hire responsible for shaping the company’s operations from the ground up. My efforts included business planning, financial forecasting, talent acquisition, and implementing core systems across multiple functions. I focused on building robust internal processes, managing board and investor relations, and supporting the successful raising of capital and grants, including from US-based venture capital.
My background also includes consulting experience at KPMG, where I worked on projects spanning both public and private sectors. I contributed to process improvements, operational modeling, and data analytics, supporting multi-million-dollar decision-making initiatives. Additionally, I played a key role in optimising government programs and strategies for better resource allocation.
I leverage this diverse experience to support Think & Grow’s clients on their scaling journey, helping them overcome operational challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
